Most vendor have a downloadable version of the software and software is back up on the system of the vendor so if a stolen , damages , destroyed installer can go back to the vendor a get software back. Which typical does not cost anything?

Major steps on how to get installed programs back would a system restore in any disaster and locate all files or re-image computer (most business/school have images they use as a default .
