Background

This project involves creating a commercial aluminum vehicle driveway gate with black chain link fencing for the residents of Swedish Villa Condominium at 1643 Barrow Wood Drive, Maple Heights, OH, 44137.  Swedish Villa Condominium residents own the property.  The gated community insist on security fencing for the following reasons: To secure the property and prevent trespassers from utilizing private dumpsters and control car theft.  The lot is suitable for installing the equipment.

• The fence shall be standard 6 feet aluminum
• The post shall have Allure pointed shaped tops
• There will only be one sliding gate for vehicles
• Installation of digital entry on gooseneck will be on the left side of the driveway
• The fence shall stop 4 feet from neighboring property lines

Project Scope Statement

Project Objective

Cincinnati Fence Company will install  Sliding Cantilever Driveway Gate and fence within an eight-week period at the cost of $25,185.00.  The project will begin September 19, 2016, and be completed by November 7, 2016.  The design must meet all federal and state specifications.  The fence is approximately 108 linear feet total this includes the sliding gate. The fence and gate must be working, and the property must be clean from all material and labels.  Excluded from this project are the walk through people entrance and yard lights.
