Jeff Greenspoon Who Is the Prime Stakeholder for Hooplah Media Group.

Jeff Greenspoon who is the prime stakeholder for Hooplah Media Group is in a dilemma as to whether or not the company should help finish the website for JewelWork limited, since this was initially a contract directly between JewelWork Limited and Kyle Evans.

Kyle was an employee of Hooplah Media but did not have any direct binding contract with the company. As a result of which, he was directly contacted by Jewel Inc to create a website for them.

When the website was still not complete after the due date, Jewel Inc contacted Jeff Greenspoon. While Hooplah Media had previously created a website for Jewel Inc, they were not a part of the current contract. But, this was a request from JewelWork Limited to complete the website that Kyle Evans had promised in order to save JewelWork Limited in the public eye.

Kyle Evans has been one of the main contractors for the company(Hooplah Media Group). Whereas, Jewel Inc was one of Hooplah Media’s major clients.

Greenspoon’s failure to intervene and complete the website that was promised to Jewel Inc would lead to the risk of losing them as one of the greatest clients.
