In today's society, specifically in the job market, an individual will need some sort of education, most often Associate, Bachelor's, or Master Degrees, in order to enter the job market and get a job. Continuing my education to obtain my Bachelor's degree and get a great job has been a challenging experience for me, but also a goal I have set out for myself to achieve. I decided to go back to school because I wanted to provide a better life for me and my child. When I started attending Central Penn University in the early spring 2012, it was a challenge for me to write papers, study, and prepare for exams because I have been out of school for ten years. Even though it's been a challenge to get back to being a student who studies and write papers, I can honestly say going back to school has been the best decision I have made for myself and my family. A program the Federal Government offers is the Tuition Assistance Program. The program pays for employees to continue pursuing their education from a university of their choice in order to obtain a degree. The Tuition Assistance Program not only allow Federal employees to further their education, but it also allow employees to apply their knowledge on the job, in which can develop promotions from their supervisors.

A federal agency I'm interested in applying to is the Veteran Affairs Health Administration (VAHA) in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. The agency gives you the opportunity to work with thousands of veterans who have served in militaries to help protect our country, The United States. Within this agency, I would like to work as an Associate Chief of Staff Director. As an Associate Chief of Staff Director, I will be attending business meetings, ensuring that my department is ran smoothly, assist my employees when needed, evaluate employee performance monthly, and solve any issues or concerns that will improve my department and building. I will mainly have my own department and
