My major is business and I also have passion on this subject. I can speak mandarin, cantonese and English, which could offer me more opportunities of multi-language jobs. I have a healthy body which supports me to do some onerous work. A consideration that I see occurring progressively is what elements determine long-term job satisfaction. I love communicating with different people and making a conversation about business. If I get a task which is about business, I will try my best to complete it. That was not only my abilities and features, but also my interest of my personality. I can make a good use of my personality to realize my value in the company. Since I mentioned about interest, another reason of why personality fits is important to me shows up. Interest is always the crux of having passion. If I am interested in something, I have enthusiasm for it, and makes me keep moving forward. Since people have passion on their job, they do feel happy. The people most happy with their jobs do something that is well-suited to their basic personality type. As a result, they like to do work and do it perfect.
