On the basis understanding and insights which provides experience to human, Grounded in the insights and understanding that experience provides, orthodox wisdom means that predicting future accurately is very difficult. However, according to Peter Drucker, it is meaningless to predict future whether it is case for social, political, business-it or economic because it attempts to vision 75 years. Anyhow, Drucker's comment in forecasting future is quite encouraging. This can be said as correct because firms can prepare and forecast future easily on the basis of past experiences. Even though, organizations face difficulty in predicting their future, but the ups and downs faced by the organizations provides them with a chance to prepare their future. On the basis of this approach, strategic leadership practices contribute to organization's success in the present century. More accurately, the position of current global economy is such an irreversible phenomenon which has a higher degree of influence on present planned leadership practices that provides insights and gives details about future practices. If advanced strategic leadership practices are examined that are currently used magnificently by the organizations that have far visions, identifying and understanding strategic leadership practices is possible. Analyzing strategic leadership practices is important because in the past, this practice has proved very successful to most organizations. Moreover, if leadership practices adopted are very effective, the organization performs at higher degree of satisfaction while meeting the challenges of current global needs. Thus, Strategic leadership can also be said as an organization's ability to forecast future, predict with accuracy, think strategically and at the same time working with other firms in the economy for success of the organization. If the strategic leadership is un-judged its competitors, the firm gets a competitive advantage to perform beyond others. Achieving this competitive advantage is the main essence because all companies form different strategies to beat its competitors and gets more out of its investments.

Thus, in a nutshell, due to increasing competition between firms in the today's world where challenges faced by the firms are increasing, strategic leadership practices are the important need for all organizations. Moreover, the strategic leadership practices adopted should be effective and envisioned so that firms can perform at higher degree of satisfaction and can meet changing global challenges.
