In today's modern society education is seen as the only way out. Governments from all over the world have implemented policies to address the number of specific problems in the education system in an attempted to raise standard. It doesn't matter how many policies are drafted the system still seems to be failing because of the socio- economic conditions.

Education determined the quality of any labor force, and should be given the attention it deserves. Therefore, the higher education attainment the more skilled workers become, thus, enabling them to compete in a more competitive environment both locally and internationally. If however, there is no investment individuals would be force into manual labor, and are generally viewed by society as failures; (for example a domestic worker compare to an engineer).

Statics has shown that an individual that gets a college degree earns more money than an individual that don't have a college degree. In society persons who fall in the lower class do not view education as a priority; they are more concerned about their basic needs. These households normally have a high density level in most cases only attain a primary level education or either a drop out at the secondary level. Parents are require to pay for their child/ children tuition or if not direct tuition then they are required to pay for "teacher special fee," books, uniforms, exams, and graduations fees these fees are why the poorest children don't attend school on a regular basis. This means that there is no leadership, mentor, or motivation in this type of family structure. As a result this can lead up to teenage pregnancy, crime and violence, and psychological issues, such as depression.

Teachers play a critical role in this process, and level of education they attain is very important and should have never been scaled down. As the requirement for the classroom will be compromise with only a nod towards the curriculum. Students will go through the grades in an intelligible fashion been deficient in essential knowledge. This can be seen in poor writing skills, inaccuracy arithmetic calculation, and basic reading skills. Also the student to teacher ratio is too high because of inadequate spacing in school which results in overcrowding, a 25:1 ratio would be an acceptable standard and not, a 35:1 ratio. This would allow student getting more individual attention also teacher and student relationship improving.

In conclusion, tomorrow society is heavily dependent on what is thought in today's classroom, therefore if the country does not improve on the socio-economic conditions the quality of labor force will be threaten, and the way of life of the lower class will never see any improvement.
