ABSTRACT

In this paper I am going to propose an outline of a specific product or service idea that I have for Triangle Solutions. I am going to explore areas of interest in the market and share my ideas and creativity with the audience.

For Triangle Solutions the new product that I came up with is plastic. The reason I am choosing this product is because it can be used when they are getting ready to ship out a product and this plastic machine will be able to automatically be used to package machines used in high speed packing systems. I think with this product it will speed of the production of getting products to the consumer. This plastic packaging systems have been tested to make sure that it has doesn't tear or rip when packaging machines, and surface characteristics that will provide less than one disruption per million usages in fully automatic machines.

When researching the plastic industry I found that it was the 3rde largest industry within the U.S. Plastics are responsible for countless items found that we use each day. The plastic industry accounts for more than $374 billion dollars in annual shipments and directly employs nearly 900 thousand people.

When we look at the market size for the plastic industry they are said to be about $374 billion dollars. It is said that the market for strapping is at .5% and with that being said the market is equivalent to $1.8 billion.

The tear requirements should all include the same thing you would incorporate into any big business or corporation. There should be a management team that delegates, a team that handles finances, a marketing team that comes up with new ideas, and an administration team that handles all of the paper work needed. With this team being held in place, everyone should have a department manager and should all have experience in the background or team that they are working for to make sure that it is a strong team for this company.

There are a couple of ways that strapping made by a company will be scalable. The first way is that the merchandise can be used in the strapping machines that are large in size. This does make it possible because the product has been already tested to make sure that it doesn't tear or rip along the way. Even when the full automatic lines are not up and running the smaller automatic machines or even the machines that we have to run manually can still wrap the plastic over the merchandise. With that being said, it looks highly desirable for people that use strapping systems within their company.

With financing the product I think that you should always go a little above at least 10% of what it took you to make the product so you can profit in some way. You should always come out ahead of what it took you to make the product. As long as the product is what it is said to be and it is a good product there should be no reason as to why the product won't make it in the business world.
