Employee satisfaction is what an organization is always thriving for. When an employee satisfaction is obtained, it results in greater results for the organization. The article Impact of Organization Culture on the Job Satisfaction of the Employees (Banking Sector of Pakistan) was able to analyze how culture applies to job satisfaction in all organizations. Many organizations have a certain culture which allows the behavior of employees to range from positive to negative. The author explains how social culture impacts positive behavior into job effectiveness thus working within the organizations mission statement and vision. A key point that the author talks about was how important the manager's role is when obtaining job satisfaction. By manager being able to provide job satisfaction, it allows them to understand which policies and procedures are working in the organization.

By understanding human behavior, organizations are able to utilize their human capital the best way possible. One of the studies' the article talked about how rewards and benefits improve the satisfaction level of employees. The study was able to analyze how business with the absence of rewards and benefits resulted in poor productivity and job performance. The key to any organization gaining employee satisfaction is communication at all levels. "Communication is one of the very important functions for all the departments of the organization, by considering organization as a social system than their activation and coordination are focused on the communication" (Goris, 2006). The article stated that communication between supervisor and employees has a significant impact on job satisfaction, thus being able to maintain a positive work establishment gaining employee satisfaction.

All organizations have one thing in common, which is being able to provide the best customer satisfaction possible. The article Employee Satisfaction Leads to Customer Service-Employee Relations by Neville C. Tompkins, discussed how employee satisfaction leads to a greater customer service. The Xerox Company was able to analyze their competitive position, business performances and customer satisfaction and a thriving business performance.
