Yes, I would work at Flow Automotive. Don E. Flow believes in his employees and gives them incentives to do good things for the company. His company is willing to spend a lot of time mentoring and holding discussions one on one so that you understand how this business operates. They have all kinds of orientation and seminar programs from the first day you start. They have regular small and large group meetings about the company and everything else you could think about. The company focuses on how they want you treat people each and every time. They have employee gyms and college scholarship programs for all of the employee's children. They all get college scholarships. They also have housing programs for all entry-level employees. If you save money to buy your own house they will match the down payment to buy the house. The company tries to pay their employees well but in the end the most important part is this company tries to treat all their employees as a valued, respected person to their company. Don Flows Company also is a firm believer that the customer comes first. They treat everyone as equals and are able to gain everyone's trust.

2. How do you interpret Don Flow's statement about the Polis and its effect on his business?

Don Flow's business and polis have a lot in common. Pretty much the significance of the polis was that it resulted in political innovation, and eventually leads to the development of political structures such as oligarchy, timocracy, tyranny, and democracy. Don Flow's business and Polis try to invest in the community using social capital, intellectual capital, economic capital and political capital. All of these capitals combined will give strength to the community. Don Flow is also a heavy investor in education. He does business with many art and music programs and has many employees involved in all these areas.

Aristotle was particularly interested in defining principles in terms of the ethics of leadership. No, he would not approve of Don Flows conduct of business. Aristotle believed it was necessary for employees to realize their own potentials. He believed the ethical role of business was not by power but by creating conditions that allow the employees to achieve their potential.
