Empowerment can encourage employee work hard on their job and have more freedom in their limited. We know The managers can effect the team empowerment, but the organizations also can effect the team empowerment. The organizations can downward decision making to the team, not just managers. organization structure is very important with empowerment. The organization structure can reduce the firm’s uncertainty.

Decentralization of power is like a freedom. The formalization of job roles may hinder empowerment by constraining teams’ flexibility. The structure which means organizational/work design or managerial practices, but the empowerment means individual or team perceptions of empowerment resulting from structure. Even the people empowerment to the lower level people, they also need command actions and outcomes.

The manager should make some specific actions to make the team member have their own decision that they need and worth which have meaning. These decisions should have positive effect for the company. the company should improve team members’ empowerment and use organizational decentralization which means in every level people have some autonomy to make business decisions. Finally, the formalization should focus on goals and values, not just specific job behaviors.

In China, they lack of the form for manage company and team. The manager afraid to empowerment to the employees in many small company. but use the organizational formalization would apply to all types of teams. When the company work on this system, they need adopt loose or flexible job descriptions for jobs within teams and make the team member enjoy their work.
