The prison system that that I have chosen to compare is Mexico's prison system with America's own prison system. The management in the prison system is very poor were the management in America's prison system is very good. Many of the prisoners in Mexico's prison are mistreated due to the fact that many of the guards are not well trained in the treatment of the inmates and there is also an insuffent sanitary facility on the prison grounds as well. As for the American prison system all of the prison guards are well train in the treatment of the inmates and prison systems are very modern and they are also very up to date.

Mexico's prisons are very overcrowded and not to mention they are also very dangerous as well. In 2007 there was just about 217,000 inmates that are in the prison in Mexico and the prison were built to hold only 164,000 inmates at time that is 53,000 more prisoners than is allowed But many of America's prison systems are overcrowded as well but they are not as dangerous as the prison systems in Mexico but there are prison systems in America that are considered to be dangerous.

The levels of security in the prison system in Mexico are very much the as America's prison system. They range from low security level prison all the way up to a super max prison. Just as the prison in America are very hard escapes from and when they do they caught and taking back to prison but the difference with those who try and escape from the prison system Mexico if the inmate caught doing this the guards are allowed to shoot on sight if they are seen.

Prison life within Mexico's prison is very different it can sometimes be very brutal but the other side there are many things that are allowed. For example in the women's prison system the women there are allowed to have their children remain with until the age of 6 that way they are turned over a relative that many not be ready for them to come and live them while the mother is prison. Something that that the prisons in Mexico the inmates are allowed to have conjugal visits and even in some of the prison the inmate are allowed to have their entire family come live with them for a short amount of time.

There are many rehabilitation programs as well other programs that offered in the Mexico's prison system as well the prison system in America. Many of these programs that are offered to the inmate are designed to help the inmates if they are drug oftener or the programs can help them do something to turn their lives around once they get out of prison so that they will not be repeat offenders.

The parole system has been a very good of keep track of the inmates that have been released from prison both the prison system in Mexico and also in the prison system has benefited from this because this only way that they can keep track of what they are doing and how they are doing at the same by have check every week or every
