Subject: Announcing an Employee Education Program

Easy to Be Green company is pleased to inform all employees that you will be required to participate in education program at the beginning of January. The purpose of this project is that to develop the abilities in workplace, which is the most important foundation of work.

Course Program

The education program will separate into three different courses; there are writing, reading comprehension and math. In each area will also divide into three different levels such as basic, intermediate and advanced level. The employees are evaluated by the manager after a few months later. Then, you will receive an advice to taking one more of these courses. In addition, you can take the course without any advice. Every course will be provided during work time. Therefore, all of homework should be done in your own time.

Material and Funding for the Course Program

The materials in every course are provided by the company. The good news is that the tuition reimbursement was increased from 3000$ to 5000$ in this year. But the qualification of the employees must be required by the company's policies; there are the employees are a current worker at least six months and the employees must get high grade which is B grade or more in the course. Moreover, the company will provide a list of appreciate course at local university for the employee who cannot decide their course.
