The motive of any firm is having more profit, less gain, and more satisfaction to the customers. For this purpose there are multiple lines in my McDonald. The reasons behind having multiple lines are as follows:

1. Business Multiple lines help in making the business at large scale, because if there are multiple lines then there will be more customers and more customers means more sales of product.

2. Time saving It is also helpful for customers, because it saves the precious time of customers.

3. Saves Energy Another benefit of having multiple lines in McDonald is that it saves the energy of service men.

4. Name and Fame More lines means more customers, more customers means more talk about that company and more talk means name and fame of company, and then it's obvious that company is in profit.

5.Support Economy As I already mentioned that more lines means more customers and more customers means more income which is very helpful in making per capita income large, and if per capita income increase national income will automatically increase. Hence it supports economy of one country.

5. Company Planning Multiple lines also very helpful in company planning, because more lines more income and if income is large only then honor can think of make the business at large scale.

6. Employment More lines means need for more workers, so it provides opportunity for people who need job.

7. Helpful for senior citizen and children In my McDonald there are two separate lines, one for senior citizen and other for children. It make easy for them to buy anything and without being tired they get what they want.
