Abstract

This paper will discuss Business Class Airlines and the importance of having a good business plan in order to make your business successful.

Business Class Airlines

The new Triangle Solutions product is named Business Class. We will be an airline company primarily for the business class flyers. The Business Class will be a company that will be steady, have complete service, and they will have trustworthy flight services for people that are flying for occupational reasons. Business Class has been proven to be needed a lot more than the airplane services that are currently available. Although business and executive class tickets are distributed and the Business Class flyers will have private seating, there will be no difference in airplanes or flight schedules for the Business Class flyers (Jones, 2011). Although there is special check-ins for the Business Class flyers, a lot of times will end up having lines of people waiting for something, and will require the Business Class flyers to show up at the airport one to two hours before their scheduled flight time.

Business Class promises that a business flyer will be able to board the plane even if they arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the time of departure. Business Class will have its own high-speed security system. The pain points for the business travelers are arriving hours before the actual flight departure times, as well as the absence of readiness amongst the different flights. The Business Class workers will immediately acknowledge the flyer as soon as he/she presents him/herself outside the airport, and will also make sure that the passenger is breezed through the whole boarding process in less than 10 minutes. After the Business Class employee has taken care of the passenger, it will be the responsibility of the Business Class employee to make sure that the passenger has boarded his/her plane on schedule.

Business Class airplanes will be given priority treatment at all airports due to the fact that they are paying extra to ensure that they are landing and departing as scheduled. Presently, having business and recreational flyers together is causing a lot of disorganization, thus causing problems for the individuals flying for business purposes. Business Class uses smaller, private planes, and will address these problems. The pain point is that people who are flying for business purposes usually are trying to get to a specific place to attend a business meeting. If there are any types of delays, the business traveler has lost time, as well as money (Vasigh, Fleming, & Mackay, 2010).

Business Class is part of the Airline Industry, and this industry is still on the rise. Traveling by air has risen almost eight percent every twelve months. Traveling for occupational reasons has grown all
