Verbal and written skills has to be good or excellent, however my verbal and written skills require a great deal of work still, but I am still able to communicate. Business communication skills help to share information and network with other department in the organization. Business communication also require listening, speaking, interpersonal communication, and also asking question, do not assume anything, in order to achieve more efficient revenue for the business and accurate and efficient customer service. Communication helps to manage my daily activity in the workforce by communication with staff and other departments. Communication with the immediate staff gives me an Information system that allows me to update daily and monthly evaluation of clients, know how they are progressing or where there is a need for more assistance. Even with this information system I am able to save time that I do not have to spend with every client to know this information, to document and share with the organization.

Wow! There have been so many business communication trends since I entered the business of my employment. There have new trends in government, care of clients, legal and ethical issues, business and administrative communication, and technology. When I first started in the business there were no IT technologies. There was Information systems such as verbal and written communication, teamwork, telecommunication, memos. These systems worked , but I have witness many mistakes. There were mistakes with medications, miscommunications, client care, and legal situations. Now with new technology the business can save money, less mistakes through verbal communications, increase in productivity in the business. Technology has allowed for different ways to communicate with Twitter, Face book, Smartphone, and videoconferencing.

The message received from the results of theses trend are that is a rapid rate of change in the workplace, businesses, and in technology constantly. We have to be flexible to change and new trends. The job market requires use to continue to refine our skills and learn new ones. Technology is great for all aspect of communication, productivity, fast and accurate communication. However all forms of communication should be clear, and accurate to help achieve the business goal.
