Business Lending

Brief write up of the Business Lending - Secured Assets,

We provide the Business lending facilities - both fund based and non fund based. It also

includes Treasury products like Forwards & Options towards hedging the forex exposure for

clients. All type of facilities put together shall not exceed 1.0 Mn Eur for a Client or a group of

Companies/firms.

The limits shall be assessed with a financial tool, broadly based on Transaction aspects,

Business Model, Financial aspects and Management aspects of the business. All the

facilities would be backed by collateral securities ranging from 75% to 150% depending upon the

type of internal financial rating.

Types of Collateral securities:

Apart from the Primary Charge on Stocks & Book Debts, the collateral securities can be a

residential, commercial or Industrial property, which should be self occupied in nature. Apart

from these, liquid securities like, Fixed Deposits, NSCs, LIC surrender value, Debt Mutual Funds

can also be accepted as collateral security.

Fund based facilities provided are:

1. Cash Credit

2. Overdraft

3. Packing Credit facility (Both Pre shipment & Post shipment)

4. Buyers Credit

5. Cash Management Services

Non fund based facilities provided are:

1. Letter of Credit

2. Bank Guarantee

List of Basic documents required towards preliminary assessment and to help in

structuring the deal:

1. Duly filled and signed application

2. Entity Proof: MOA, AOA, Certificate of Incorporation, KST, VAT registration, IEC

Number etc.

3. ID Proof and Address proof (KYC documents) of all Directors and all shareholders

holding more-than 10% stake.

4. Financials :

* Last Three Years Audited Financials - FY2005-06, FY2006-07 & FY2007-08

* FY2008-09 - Audited Financials / Management certified Provisionals (with schedule)

* FY2009-10 - Management Certified projections (with schedule)

5. Last 6 Months Bank Statements

6. Latest Sanction letter of Existing Working capital facility

7. Brief Company Profile.

Profile may include - Background of the business / Line of business / process details / Organization structure /

Management control / Product dealt with brand detail, if any / Marketing and distribution network / Major Markets /

Manufacturing locations / Promoters background - designation, experience in the company and industry experience and
