Thinking about diversity and inclusion

The dimension of cultural diversity consists of gender, race, religion, age, ethnic heritage, education, language, and more (Schaefer, 2011). The social roles and geographic regions are some of the results leading to cultural diversity throughout the world. These diversities tend to become variable, depending on the needs of humans, and through human evolution changes have occurred.
