Daycare Scene

* Lars gets up and reaches for another volunteer, and gestures at a cup. He runs to a tree and stands up against it. He slowly ventures toward a metal sort of climbing contraption. He picks up a basketball and shoots a basket. He then tuns to the playground and goes down the slide. He attempts to climb back up the slide, but fails. He runs back up and calls out to the others. Jan goes to Lars as he runs toward her. He then goes back to the playground. As he climbs, he stops every now and then to converse with Jan. he goes down the slide, legs together with hand in lap... (Looks kind of dainty) He goes down the slide again and sits on a tire. He looks in a tire, talks with Jan, then runs around the playground.

◦ The controlled interaction has appeared to have gotten to him, as he runs off to do his own thing. Here, this catches Jan's attention, who by law has to watch him carefully to make sure he doesn't hurt himself. He seems to enjoy this attention since he interacts with her rather than ignoring her as he plays.

* Lars plays on the playground while Jan asks if Brock would like to play with Lars. Lars hangs on a bar as he shifts his weight forward and back with his feet still on the ground. Lars climbs up the playground after Brock, who approaches the slide. Lars makes Brock wait until after him to go down the slide. They both climb up again and Lars goes down the slide as Brod struggles up. Lars goes back up as Brock sits at the slide. This time, Lars does around a spiral ladder while Brock goes down the slide. Brock begins climbing the spiral ladder with Lars. Lars goes down the slide. Lars jumps up and down and then Brock goes own the slide. Lars hops up and down on his butt on a tire.

◦ Here, he has a buddy, which makes it seem to be okay for Jan to take her eyes off him and watch others. Here, Lars is clearly the leader, as he Brock follows him around and tells Brock what to do.

* The two go different ways. Lars gets on blocks and crawls across them. Brock joins, blocking Lars's path. Both run inside then out. Back at the playground, Brock swings on the bar like Lars as Lars climbs up to the slide and down. Lars runs to a sand box and lays belly down in it. He yells an exclamation then approaches Brock, who just came down from the slide. The two run to the sandbox and he lays down again. Lars gets up, they run toward the playground, but once they hit the sand they run back to a rug and lay down. Lars sits on the blocks again. So does Brock. Brock sits on green cushioned block seats. This time Brock stays but as Lars runs to another part of the seat, and spins as he switches up his seat.

◦ They part, but Brock comes back to interact wit Lars, who still seems to dominate in their interactions.

* Jan asks if he is getting dizzy, he replies no, then ends up on the floor. Swipes at wooden decore like a cat. Lars runs to Brock then the run to the sandbox
