            Finding Harmony Across Generations

   In the article, "Finding Harmony Across Generations" Eilene Zimmerman discusses the issues of miscommunication and misunderstanding between older and younger generation. Her main idea is that the differences in perspective come from varying social and historical experiences that formed the members of each generation(Baby boomers, Gen X, Gen Y and Millennial) in a different way. Differences in experiences lead to differences in values and in norms of behavior, she notes.  

   Gen X expecte when hiring on a new job is very different from all other generetions. There is also another difference, it is an age gap, people are very different ages working on the same place. Many jobs are multigenerations. Some people tell that to solve this problem, people have to try to understand each other thoughts. For example, millenians grew up in very communicates families. They have being thaught for leadership and sports activites. Many of them took a place in working together as equals, as one undevided group. Baby boomers are although teem players, but they think that young workers should work harder to get  a respect. Gen X little less team players, they are more focused on their personal role at work and how their work will help them to grow up professionally. Ms. Loehr suggests "to talk with younger generation, ask them a questions and give them a few choices you can live with." Younger generation grew up in the technology centure. Almost all of them have new sellphones and computers, they are very familiar with it. Most of them prefer to communicate through these things. "Old generation more like face to face interactions." Younger people most likely don't know what to wear in busness world, so rather than assumme them for that, tell them what they suppost to wear.

   People will get a lot more benefits if they start to communicatr and understand each other. Older people might know something very intresting and important, so do young. People can exchange their experience and find formony. Technology are separate people some ways, but if we try to teach peole who don't know anything about it, it will make us closer. People have to overcome trough xenophobia.

   Technology is very important nowadays and every year is seems to take bigger part in our social lives. Everywhere you go, there is technology which you can use to get benefits. Technology save our time. It helps us find location, write email, contact with close friends right away. Many people don't know many features that new technology eqvuipment offer us. They should learn how to use it is they want to have faster. Technology are in cars, tools and equipments now.

   For example, when you buy new computer it's full of technology. There are a lot of programms and features which build in to save our time and use it faster. When my friend's parents bought such thing they didn't know how to use it. My friend's parents ask me to teach them. I showed them how to use it properly. By the way I got nice conversation with them.Since that time we've become closer. I exgange my experience with them. They tought me how to communicate with adult people and tried to understand them, don't make fun of them. If they don't know something it doesn't mean that they are stupid or don't want to study it. They might don't have time and people who can explane that how to use technology.
