I'm studying the Human Resource Management Course. In this course, I learned the skills of train the trainer. Then, I had a facilitation session practise. I was grouped in two, my classmate and me. We were given the topic and handout covering the topic. Our topic was the knowledge management by legitimate system.

Applied the knowledge of training skills, the "prehension learning style" for adult was designed by us because almost our learners are managers. With this facilitation, we established the objective of training are explained why the knowledge need to manage, described what the legitimate system is, and explained how the legitimate system manages the knowledge assets of organization.

The utility motivation will prefer an efficient transmission of information what we delivered such as theories and structure discussion. Base on learning style analysis, we conducted the structured learning for my training according to the theories in my research and experiences by my presentation.

When all participants were ready in class room, I had friendly welcome participants and delivered our slide by hard copy. My partner checked the facilities such as light, computer, connecting between computer and projector to ensure our slide can run smoothly. We were quite stressful if it cannot run at that time because we did not have any further visual aids tool for backup.

For summarised the lecture, we presented by PowerPoint slide with overviewed about out presentation. The layout of my presentation followed three stages: opening, body and conclusion, and closing.

On our presentation, we decided I have two minutes welcome all participants and introduce our group, the schedule of each part in presentation and the role of each member in my group. My partner will present the objectivise what should able to cover after present, In the body part, my partner was definite about legitimate system, overview introduce about eight factors that legitimate system involves and approaches in the organisation for managed the knowledge. Then, he went to analyse five factors. I were followed him to analysis three importance factors such as human resource development, potential problem and extended learning by shadow system, indentified advantages and disadvantages of this system. When designed the slide, we decided minimum word because most of the definitions are abstract. Our participants were impressions with our slide due to most of information were delivered by pictures, charts or cartoon pictures. In addition, the participants were quite relaxed by flexible presentation method of us. We were not only deliver theories, definitions but also combine to deliver some practice actions of organization for examples. For example, at the selection factor, we deliver the example by selection requirements of recruitment process of Airline Company. They are set up the fix requirement base on their standard, and they prefer to all selections are strong follows it without flexible.

Before close the presentation, I have short summaries by conclusion slide. I encouraged discussing by question and answering face - to - face. However, we could not deeply analyse the technique of system due to limited time. So our participants were confused about the identified of link between legitimate system and knowledge management. Then, they gave us some question about this system such as "would you please give the example what is the system can manage knowledge in system control?" or "what is the link between legitimate system and knowledge management in the organization?". Most of the theories and definitions about this system are quite abstract. So we had to deliver the sample for each definition, etc.,.

After answer all the question from participants did not have any further question. Then, we closed the presentation and thank all participants for their attendant.

REFLECTION

In reflecting on my facilitation, I have observed that I was very nervous as assigned to present since I did not have much experience on this. However, to a certain extent, designing and implement preparation helped me to ease the tension of presentation. As my learning, there are some learning styles such as unstructured learning or semi- structure learning. But one of the major factors that affected the presentation was insufficient time so I was designed the structure learning style for my course since I identified that this training will be present in house on the class only. With thirty minutes for presentation of two persons while I tried to slowly and clearly speak. Therefore, I could not use another training style because it needs the time for practice and do exercise.

By researching, I carefully collected information from the text book of human resource management course and tried to summarise by simplest slide with minimum word. It was really positive effected my participants and me. My participants were easy following where I going on did.

Another importance is my micro skill in training, special in presentation skill. When present, in spite of tried to confident and used eyes contact and body language effectively. So my class became eventful when I moved to discussion. Effectively, my partner was encouraged to create the question by participants.

However, I was ignored (1) the active learning and exercise in my design and (2) training evaluate step in implement step. So I did not know and record the result what do I reached by this training and what does the knowledge participants receive.
