HR management increases Net income. Net income increases Operating margin, Profit margin, Return on total assets (ROA), and Return on common equity (ROE). This is because employees are given rewards that match their contributions and management is able to reduce turnover, which is costly. Another consequence is a 391 percent return on investment. Attitudes and Behaviours are linked with Stock price through the mediating roles of Productivity and Quality and Expenses, Revenues, and Profitability.
