In Lorex Pharmaceuticals case study the major concern was concern with how to deal with the different production line set up for the new medication which can be most efficient and cost effective. The major area of concern was also regarding the best quantity of filling for the bottles which will serve cost effective for the company and deep satisfaction for the users.
Lesser Antilles:
In Lesser Antilles, the major concern was survival of the company into the duopoly market and that too in a rare remote island. And along with that, setting up of the best price for the TEU was also of great importance. As their entire profit and contracts were dependent upon their quality services at best price.
