7. Financial perspective

H&H is a successful leading company that builds its own reputation, which is based on the perfection of product's quality. Their aim is to provide quality products to the big companies. They have reached their goals for the first few years, attained huge profits and gained an excellent reputation among their competitors. At a stage they became highly recommended producing company in its fields. During a recession in the industry their business was going to deteriorate, as most of their customers are major companies. They also had been affected by the recession era, they came up with a new plan and it was to reduce the costs while they want to keep good quality of their products with appropriate standard.

In order to achieve high quality there are certain dimensions have to be take in consideration in both manufactured products and services. In any trading operation there are different perspectives for each of the customer and the producing company.

7.1 Customer's perspectives

 Basic operating characteristics of a product in which the manufactured products can handle the external factors such as stress, strain or any deformations can accrue to the product without blemishing it.

 Extra enhancements can be added to the product in order to raise the standards each feature should be considered to where and whom is purchasing the item.

 Offering a convenient expiry date or a warranty for each product is released from the factory means how long will the product be apple to perform without been blemished.

 Manufactured products should meet a certain degree of pre-established standards means that the product should be back away for the longest period possible.

 Any produced item should be easy to repair with quick response also they should take in consider who is the handyman is been sent in terms of how to deal with the customer in courtesy and competence in the process.

 The product should satisfy the producers before the customers seeking for perfection and high quality.

 Every item should be well treated and flawless to assure that customers will not suffer injuries or any harm regarding the product itself.

 Subjective perception based on brand name, advertising, and customer's opinion regarding the products.

 The company should fulfill customers' needs in a short period of time and complete the work with good accuracy.

 Providing every possible need asked from the customer in order to keep him satisfied and providing external orders methods such as mail, online purchases and other techniques.

 Train all technicians and employees to be apple to deal with customers in a way that any customer will be satisfy with the professional
