Loop® by Benbria Corporation is leading in the area of mobile customer engagement enabling retail, hospitality and restaurant brands to deliver a superior customer experience that goes above and beyond their competitors. Benbria delivers Loop® to its customers through a software-as-a-service model (SaaS) on a secure and reliable cloud-based infrastructure.

Used to work as a sales representative, I visited more than 20 shops nearby every day for a month to give out the leaflets to promote the products and find potential clients, which increased the sales by 20%. In addition, I made cold calls to 200 potential clients and successfully sold out 87 POS machines in a month.

Apart from my work experience, I have also been involved in numerous extracurricular and volunteer activities. As the president of Student Union, I was responsible for drafting protocols and regulations for SU to make it function orderly, which enhanced my planning skills. In addition, by voluntarily teaching children in the after-disaster area of Wenchuan earthquake, my decision making skills were also improved. Also, I am familiar with the usage of such social media as FaceBook, Twitter and LinkedIn to improve the promotion of Benbria.

I am currently in my first year of the Master of Business Administration program at Carleton University. I am a quick learner, and eager to accept new challenges, I truly believe that with my qualifications and experience, I will be able to contribute to the success and the excellence of Benbria.
