Dear Jeff,

During your talks you taught us a lot about our environment. You told us how the meat we eat from animals is effected on how what they eat and how they are treated. All these things affect our food. You told us about how our food was made and you told us what we could get by the way our food is prepared and a lot of it you just wouldn't think could happen just from not doing something right with our food.

You showed us videos of how our "fast food" is made and it showed that it's really not all that great when it comes down to it. None of our "fast food" is fresh and we shouldn't be eating it. Most of the food we eat is old, processed, or dirty! It makes people think about what we eat. Also even if none of that takes place just by the people who work doing these things we can get sick because they miss something or do something wrong and no one really understands that.

Our food is something we need to live but hearing how people in factories don't do their job right and they don't wash the food we eat right, or how old the food we eat is just discussing in my mind! Using chemicals that could probably do a lot of damage to us in the future on our foods is not right. Everyone should be taught more about how we grow our foods and how we make things the way they are which is bad without even noticing. People should really learn what these things do and how to make it right and not perfect but just better then the way things are right now.

You really taught me a lot about how we make are food. You told us what is done and apposed to that you told us what should be done for our environment and health, food wise. Our food and the way we make things needs to be changed or people might end up getting problems in the near future such as health issues from something like this. I guess preparation really is the key! Thank you for teaching me so much about the environment and how to help!

Sincerely,

...
