Work Teams are an important role in the work force and they help business success. I say this about the Work Team because I wanted to show society the importance of work teams in a work place. I wanted to explain how a team brings together individuals with similar interests and it also can be a burden on the workplace as well... I wanted everyone to know about working in teams of a work place and how it can actually allow individuals from different areas with different roles to work together on issues of interest to team members. I also wanted to show why teams are developed in a work place and their purpose and role they play as individuals in their work force. Showing the importance of teamwork and the success it brings to a business is something that all three of the things do in a work place. A team promotes communication and shares knowledge and skills basically how they support change in the work place. Showing that in a work place the team is what brings the company success and how your business will strive with great work teams on the inside. Work teams are a big asset in building and developing your business.

Ethics in a Workplace is an asset I think that goes along with Work Teams I say this basically because it is another great thing that happens in a work place to make everything gel together. Ethics are just basic rules used in a business that everyone has to follow about a work place. We already discussed some of the qualities of why companies develop ethics. I felt like this paper could show the importance of rules not only at work but in life period. I wanted to show how not all company ethics are the same and all have different rules and qualities. I feel as if ethics in a work place is the best way to go, but as we know there are people out in the world that do not like to follow rules and regulations. In a work place I think that the code of ethics and conduct is somewhat of a stepping stone on what the business expects and want to see each individual to abide by. Ethics and rules in a business setting can be a success or it can also be a failure. I choose this as something to address because I think rules and ethics can go a long way not only in a business but also in your everyday life as well.

Interpersonal Relationships I wrote about because I think it could really show how relationships at work are the key to success at your work place and it coincide with Work Teams and Code of Ethics. I wanted to show that the interpersonal relationships you form at work can be very helpful to the success of your business and or company. I wanted to also show how if you get along with the co-workers, the positive interpersonal relationships can definitely help your work achievement and happiness in your work place. Dealing with people is a joy and a challenge as well, but dealing with people in your work place successfully is the most significant factor.
