1.    Having Pet Waste Stations

The company will have to place pet waste stations strategically in the areas, they currently operate. The move will ensure that the dog walkers can easily clean up after these pets. These stations will not only keep the firm’s property clean but also help to improve the water quality within these areas.

Pro

It is evident that most millennium residents choose their communities based on how the premises including surrounding neighborhood are a dog. It means that this decision is suitable for the business as it will attract more customers who will need company’s services.

Con

Pet waste stations have different options. The firm will have to design a station which will allow easy servicing and cleaning so that it does not become a nuisance for the maintenance staff.

Most business managers find pet waste stations to be a value-added service for the communities which allow pets as it helps maintain clean environment while catering to residents including their dog pets.

2. Improving Recycling and Doorstep Trash Collection

Trash Butler Company can improve some services in various ways. The removal services offered should be offered six nights in a week instead of five to avoid waste pilling. The recycling bags or bins should be large enough to avoid pilling. However, on the sixth day, uniformed Butlers should remove waste on the evening hours or night hours and morning hours on the first day of the week. However, the company can allow some residents to apply for premium services whereby collection can be done on weekends, more so when the residents have special events like parties.
