College Parties

For some people who aren't college students they couldn't begin to imagine the wild and crazy things that go on during before and after parties. Not all but some college students use recreational drugs such as marijuana while they are living that lifestyle. Other college students choose to drink alcohol, many do both. Being a college student on campus is fun because you're around your friends and such but; living away in your own apartment has a lot more perks.

I remember when I first started my college education; it was stressful, long and very demanding, even until this very day. As I got older and further into my schooling I moved in with a few friends and, that's when I began to learn so much more. Within my first few weeks of living there I began to party with my brother, high school friend Tim, and our roommate Dre. Upon walking into another person's house seeing all the wild things that were going on blew my mind at first then it began to seem like the normal actions of college life. I saw multiple drugs all in one room. Wild sex acts in the open and some people so high they were just incapable of moving at all. I thought a lot of this was cool seeing as though I wasn't the only doing something like that so I had no reason to be judged by any of these people. The things that were running through my mind made me think about life in a different aspect. Thinking about the effects those things had on me; I would even try to ask other people if they ever thought that way when they looked at others in this situation.

The first thing that I noticed about the college lifestyle was that it was nothing like the movies try to make it seem. The movies show most of the good, people partying having a good time and caring on but, they never show the other side. Most parties have people blacked out drunk until they can't stand straight; or so high off some drug they swear that what they're doing isn't abnormal. Many parties start the same with people wanting to go out and have a good time however; they don't always stay that way. There are the occasional fights, random people who can't handle their liquor n mess things up for everybody else or just people who want to hook up and, get so messed it they do it in the open. Some people can't wait for the school to be over so they can live life as it were a movie or some TV show.

Living off campus has more advantages one would say. It is a lot cheaper you don't have rules on when people have to come and go, and you can basically do as you please. The off campus living gave me more to look forward to. In our apartment we never did any harsh drugs just because
