Our company decided to produce our project that is an eco-friendly product of terra-concrete for building houses in Egypt as a proper place. Egypt is developing country, and there has been a revolution in Egypt since January 25th 2011. It affected their economy in a slump; however, our company finds some benefits and a social contribution for Egypt.

Egypt is located in the northeastern corner of Africa. Egypt's land frontiers border Libya to the west, Sudan to the south, and Israel to the northeast. In the north its Mediterranean coastline is about 620 miles (1,000 km), and in the east its coastline on the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aqaba is about 1,200 miles (1,900 km) Egypt is usually divided into four major regions--the Nile valley and delta, the Eastern Desert, the Western Desert, and the Sinai Peninsula. About 95 percent of Egypt is desert land. The Sahara Desert covers more than two thirds of Egypt. The other deserts are the Libyan Desert, the Arabian Desert, and the Nubian Desert.

Most of Egypt's people live along the banks of the Nile River, and more than two-fifths of the population lives in urban areas. Along the Nile, the population density is one of the highest in the world, in excess of 5,000 persons per square mile (2,000 per square km) in a number of riverine governorates. The rapidly growing population is young, with roughly one-third of the total under age 15 and nearly three-fifths under 30. The official language of Egypt is Arabic, and many Egyptians speak one of several native dialects of that language.

Buildings in towns and smaller cities are usually two-storied houses or apartment blocks of four to six stories. The better ones are lime-washed, with flat roofs and huge balconies; other houses and buildings are often of unpainted red brick and concrete. So, there is an potential demand for our product. Their housing structure and materials for building are appropriate for terra-concrete project. Cairo is a complex and crowded metropolitan with architecture representing more than a millennium of history, but it also modernizes.
