Nowadays, we see that people are always in busy working, studying...and fast food tend to replace their breakfast, lunch or dinner instead of eating in restaurants with the higher price. People like cheap, quick and fast food can satisfy their desire. It is cheap, quick and even tastes good. Some people are addicted to it; they eat fast food many times a week. Fast food restaurants are popular not only in American but also in the world. We can find it at drive-thru restaurants, and 24 hour convenience stores... they are probably the most common places. We cannot deny the convenience fast food has, but we have to realize that it is not always considered as a healthy food. Fast food is usually high in fat, calories, cholesterol, and sodium, but eating fast food every once in a while is not going to cause you problems. If you eat too much fast food over a long time, though, it can cause dangerous diseases such as high blood pressure, heart disease, and obesity. Some people do not care about that, they just think about inexpensiveness and convenience fast foods has and keep on eating it for a long period of time. Why is fast food always cheap? Because it is made with cheaper ingredients such as high fat meat, refined grains, and added sugar and fats, instead of nutritious foods such as lean meats, fresh fruits, and vegetables. We need to consider carefully about eating more fast food. Let think of your health first. We still have multiple choices for our meals which are more nutritious and healthier than fast food, so what am I going to say? We can eat fast food but try to balance it. There is nothing important than our health.
