In Reference to Small Claims Court

i am sueing a friend I have known since grade school. He assured me that I should get a cell phone (the ipod4s). So I could tell he was getting irritated so I finally agreed because he starting saying "fine you don't trust me He took my cell phone number I have had since He took advantage of me. He came here then went back to his wife 7 times. I was a flight attendant and must say I'm really attractive and could get any guy I wanted . Me and defendant have known each other since grade school. Everything I see clear now, he had the biggest crush on me in high school,which I knew. But I know he was trying to control me. He insisted I get a 4S like I wanted and put it on his bill and he would pay it. /i am blind and I live alone in the woods and he cuts my phone off knowing ,because he was present at all breaks. /i broke my coccyx (tail) bone and elbow contusion already dealing with an ankle that was rebroken by my dog tripping me.The defendant went with me to my Corneal Specialist. Also went to my retina specialist. He knew very well I was rejecting one cornea and was more than legally blind . I can show evidence of that. He knew that was neglect because he knew what a terrible state I was in. I even said in referance to my cell phone ,I relayed to him that I would take over my line. Now he won't release my number now. He has so many lines yet my line is the only one with a name. It has joyce camille bartlett on the space that's to the left of the number. He knew my situation having lived with me for almost a month this time. I have had this number for 15 years. Also the defendant has never moved from this area. So why would he need a FL number. I do all my Drs and specialists have it. I flew internationally so people from overseas know this number. It would cost him more money with roaming charges and aggravating having to dial 478 first.He doesn't want or need my number it's his wife not wanting to real ease it.I flew international so a lot of my overseas friends have this number. He has no need of a FL number when he has 6 or more cell phone lines on his account. Your honor if he can explain why he needs this number I will let him keep it. But over a blind woman who has many Drs calls and hospital staff has my number also.I have been 3 hospitals I deal with Drs at. The hospitals: Halifax hospital, Ormaond beach memorial, Florida Hospital.Orth-GA,also more importantly every department of FL Tech have it. They all call and keep me abreast of everything I should be doing.From books I need to have,or my advisor has it.She checks with me each week to see if I need anything. Or have any questions or concerns.Other reps from Fl Tech have my number because I have to get extra help because since I have been back after 16 years everybody moved on.If the defendant can name more valid reasons why he needs the number then I guess he needs it.
