Jusco in Sunway Pyramid Shopping Centre, the product range is very wide, because they not only sell local product such as made in Malaysia, Jusco also sell other country product such as made in Japan etc. In Jusco, there also have many different country food it include Japan food as known as sushi. That prove Jusco is not only sell local product and it sell other country product to satisfy some customer needs and wants.

Qualities level of the product in Jusco Sunway Pyramid Shopping Centre are average because they cook the food from morning than put the food until night without change it or re-cook it, it can make the customer cannot serve the in fresh condition and it can't satisfied the customer needs and wants.

In Jusco that we observe, we find that there have a lot of brand in different kind of products. The customer can have many different choices to choose. Such as soft drinks, there have coca-cola, 7-up, sprite, 100-plus and many more.

The service line of Jusco in Sunway Pyramid Shopping Centre is poor because when we observe, there have a few sales assistant around there. The customer will feel not convenience if there don't know where is the product located and the product is very hard to find out.

The products in the Jusco have warranty 3-7 days if there have any problem with the product, the customer can take the product back there to exchange the new product. It is easy to the customer and can make the customer feel satisfied when their product has any problem.

The customer after purchase the product, Jusco didn't provide after sales service to the customer. It can influence the Jusco sales because if the customer come alone to purchase goods, the customer will won't purchase a lot. It can make Jusco sales won't increase.

I feel that Jusco in Sunway Pyramid Shopping Centre is a very wide range hypermarket because we can see they sell many different brand product and many different country products. It can satisfy the customer needs and wants. But the quality of the food in the there is average although there have many type of foods, but the quality of food is average because they display the product for whole day long. It can decrease the freshness of the product. By the way, there have many brand in different kind of products, it can easy the customer to make their choice. The service line of Jusco is poor because there have a few sales assistant walk around there, when the customer have any problem, they can't get any help. There have 3-7days warranty to all the products for the customer when having problem using the products. It can make the customer feel very satisfied and save from the loss. The last comment is after sales service, Jusco didn't provide any after sales service to the customer, it can make the customer won't buy many goods when they
