1 Microsoft provides top-talents with generous salary.

Microsoft employees' yearly earnings are six-figure on average. Besides, Microsoft has carry out many benefit policies. Although Microsoft doesn't provide employees with free lunch like Google, it has lots of many other benefits, such as providing free soft drink, building 35 cafeteria in headquarters, and offering shuttle buses with free

candy. What's more, in headquarters, most employees prefer to ride to their office rather than driving, because there are 30 low buildings which were built according to university style. They can ride to the office door directly and begin to work independently. Every computer technician is allowed to work in a separate office and keep their privacy inside.

2 Microsoft has established performance-based bonus system.

Company decision-makers assess and drive their people's performance to ensure that they align with business goals. The greater employees' achievement is , the more they get, including stock awards, vocation awards, and health-care benefits. Many top-talents are provided with regular physical examination, free dental insurance, and medical expenses reimbursement.

Spiritual Aspects

Everyone loves payday but employers cannot regard money as the only way to retain employees. Some one care more about higher salary because they are still work on establishing their career and they have no qualification to require other compensation.

Nevertheless, for those hot employees, they will not be loyal just for money because workers who care less about money can afford to care less.

Despite the rise in salaries, Microsoft gets the most talented IT professionals, attract and retain top talent who are flexible and technology-savvy by paying attention to employees' job satisfaction without significantly raising salaries. Microsoft's managers really do well in eatablishing good relationships between employers and employees . Tragedies are as follows:

1 Work-life balance.

Work-life balance is about finding a healthy balance between the time you spend at work and the time you spend away from it. It's more about family relationships (for employees who are married or have children), and the problems that work and work stress cause.

Microsoft is not the traditional "9am-5pm"company .Employees have flexible work time and even can work at home if they like. In addition, employees are allowed to enjoy paid annual leave for two weeks, parental leave for one week and paid maternity leave for females. Moreover, employers encourage each employee to join volunteers in some nonprofit groups. Employers aim to cultivate employees' social responsible sense by serving others and they give every employees
