Would you purposely go to a store and buy cigarettes just to give to a child ? No, you wouldn't, because they are so young and their bodies and lungs are still growing, and developing. Laws and restrictions of smoking in public places aren't just there to piss off smokers, they are there to protect non-smokers from the deathly smoke from a cigarette. Some of use may think that some laws seems unfair but they are put there for our safety and benefit. Just like in Animal Farm, Mr. Jones had his way of doing things around the farm. The animals may not have liked how he ran the farm but at least he kept everything in order. After the animals took over things kind of fell apart. The laws are there for a reason not just for fun.

Smoking affects not just the smoker but everyone around him. It's like trying to force your ideas, opinions, or views on someone that has a whole different stance. Second-hand smoke is worse than actually smoking. Second-hand smoke has over 4,000 chemicals and many of them can cause cancer. Two thirds of the smoke from a cigarette is not inhaled by the smoker, but enters the air around the smoker says The Lung Association. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has officially labelled second -hand smoke as a "class A" cancer-causing substance. Class A is considered the most dangerous of cancer agents and there is no known safe level of exposure. No body likes to get pushed around and smoking around non-smokers is no different.
