The process I utilized in assembling the commodities has been marked with great quality standards. This is based on the fact that the process operators have placed the quality rates of the work stations very high. The process operators always make sure that the equipment and tools at the work stations are properly ordered. The quality of the parts of the plastic-brack product line is also checked periodically as the production produces continued. The lack of following a well-stated quality method of technique in the production process can adversely affect the operation.

It is imperative that the production process formulate a well-structured quality method that will ensure all areas of the production line are covered. This will increase production effectiveness in the company, and increase customer satisfaction levels. Also, the quality levels of the organization will improve. The quality manager of the company has been hired to develop the quality department of the organization, which will increase the quality levels of the organization.

With the establishment of Six Sigma Programs in the organization, the quality can be maintained through performance of process improvements, and system designed to help and correctly diagnose the root causes of performance gaps and variability. When applied, most appropriate tools and solutions are addressed. Six Sigma process is designed to analyze and solve quality problems, and help quality improvement in the company.

The utilization of certified Blackbelts or Greenbelts in a company would benefit by:

* Execute better strategic plans for operational improvements to create efficiencies for your business.

* Build customer loyalty that helps you to target your customer needs, so you can improve the things that matter most to your customers.

* Create greater returns by lowering operating costs, and delivering products and services quicker with higher customer satisfaction through operational excellence.

During the assembling process, the production quality issues have brought the generation of waste materials scrapped off from the plastic inserts. Due to their nature of being waste remains from the production process, they are sold at lower prices. A quality stand has been taken by the process operators to ensure that these materials are re-processed to earn the company more funds. The levels of customer complaints in the corporation are very low. This can be credited to the effective quality measures that are being adopted in the manufacturing sector. The minimum returns that occur are attributed to the finishing and plating problems, which can also be addressed through the excellent processing of the product at its closing stages. The complaints that are received from the Plastic-Brack products are the falling off of plastic inserts and sharp edges. These problem can be countered by the manufacturing sector through the creation of an inspection point in the production sector that will ascertain that all the equipment have been checked before being packaged. This in turn will reduce the number of complains experienced.
