The plan is to open a new restaurant named, Buon Appetito Ristorante, in Yuma, AZ. The recipes will be used from Italy gourmet cuisines. I took an advanced Italian cooking course last year for 6 months. Therefore, I convinced a very distinguish Italian chef to be my consultant and partner for this business plan. His name is Ettore Boiardi, and he won the 1st place in an Italian cooking contest, but also got 2nd place at the TV show Iron Chef in America. This restaurant will be design to be a cheaper way to eat Italian food with a convenience of a fast food restaurant including a drive thru service. The Italian recipes used will vary from different versions of pasta, wheat pasta, Italian sauces such as Alfredo, and marinara, Italian style pizzas, whole wheat bread sticks, and Italian wines for those that desire to dine in. The combo side will vary from Italian bread sticks, soups, salad, and other typical Italian sides. It will be offer a dollar menu for extra sides, appetizers and refreshments. Catering services will be available. The same location will have a coffee shop to offer Italian coffees, Italian pastries with a gourmet quality, and Italian wines. Since the fact that imports from Italy to Unites States is very expensive, Italian spices and vegetables will be harvested in Arizona soil patronized by Harring Supplier Inc. The business approach against competitors will be using a healthier cooking while avoiding hidden saturated fats in the recipes and without sacrificing taste or price. Franchise opportunities will be available. Combo prices will range from 6 to 8 dollars at a maximum. A restaurant website will be design to place food orders online with free delivery by scooters (Italy method of transportation) for the prepared foods portion, and free shipment for wine and coffee products.

BUON APPETITO RISTORANTE Catering offers variety of cuisine for breakfast, lunches, dinners, and appetizers, beverage service, alcoholic and non-alcoholic (wines mainly) drinks, and delivery. Buon appetito Ristorante is also a Coffee shop that sales the Gourmet Italian coffee and pastries, and Italian branded wines.

Our restaurant offers free delivery to customers' home. Drive thru availability for those communing to work or school. Dine in to eat inside with a peaceful environment such as a casual restaurant. Weekend's social with a different music band every week.

Who We Sell To

We sell the population of Yuma County. Yuma County is compound by Yuma city, San Luis, and Somerton. There are possible future clients the cross the border from San Luis Rio Colorado, Mexico every day. Seasonal agriculture laborers, tourism, military and government are the county's principal industries. During the winter months, the population grows considerably with seasonal residents from Canada (called snow birds), and from California, the laborers that harvest our agriculture. All of Yuma County is an Enterprise Zone.

Financial Summary

The financial plan of the business requires growth financed by positive cash flows from operations. Additional outside investment or owner investment is not necessary. Ettore Boiardi loan of $39,000 dollars will be put in total start-up costs and reserves in case of unexpected downfall in the stock market. The new business line is not capital-intensive, but will increase fixed costs of the business which must be covered almost immediately by additional revenues from catering. This is feasible because it is expected that at least five clients will be transferred over our company without hesitation since they've been using our star products in a partnership with a more expensive firm.

Also, the Arizona residents can buy Italian coffee, Italian quality branded wines, and other organic products to prepare meals at home. The company owner is Iris Harring, Harring Suplier Inc. Company, and the named chef Ettore Boiardi. Our chef is very well known since he won the 1st place in an Italian cooking contest, but also got 2nd place at the TV show Iron Chef in America. In addition, our restaurant offers home delivery for those who want to stay home, and catering for holiday festivals, and any other parties.

Management Team

Iris Harring is our main manager and owner. I have studied an advance cooking course in Italy to provide only the best food quality. Iris Harring is the manager of the store, and the bookepper as well. Also, She has a Master's Degree in Business Administration in Management. Her job history is summarized in brief by being an Allstate Manager for three years in Chicago, IL. Ettore Boiardi is our restaurant chef and menu consultant.
