1. With one month of security deposit and one month of service fee, the consignor is allowed to use our service.

a. Once a designated box number has been assigned, the consignor cannot change the box location until the service period has ended.

b. If the box location needs to be changed, a fee of $20 will be applied upon permission of B&B.

2. If the consignor wants to end the service, the consignor must come into the shop 3 days prior to the last day of service to sign a release form. If there is no notice given, service will be renewed atomically.

a. If service is renewed automatically, an email will be sent to the consignor.

b. If the new monthly service fee is not paid within 14 days after the bill is received, a VND 500 hundred service charge will be added to the service fee.

c. If the new monthly service charge is not paid within a month, the security deposit and all the merchandise will NOT be returned to the consignor without further notice.

3. Consignor must pick up all the merchandise within 7 days grace period after service has ended.

a. Deposit will be sent to the consignor in the form of a check via mail on the 19th of the following month.

b. Seven days after the termination of your contract, a storage fee of VND 200 hundred will be deducted from your security deposit for each day the merchandise is not picked up.

c. B&B is NOT responsible for any loss or damages to the merchandise after the 7 days grace period.

4. B&B will calculate earnings on the 30th of each calendar month. The check of the consignor's profit will be mailed on the 19th of the following month.

a. A notice will be given if B&B decides to pay consignor in any other forms.

b. A fee of VND 200 hundred will be applied if the consignor requests to be paid in other forms.

5. A commission charge of 3% will be applied on all consignors that have a monthly gross sales volume of VND 1-5 million. A 10% commission charge will be applied on all consignors that have a monthly gross sales volume of VND 5million or above. This does not apply to the 50/50 plan.
