Strawberries smoothie

A banana

2tbs with vanilla yogurt

1 liter frozen strawberris

A littlebit of apple juice

Procedure

Take the srawberries first. Take the apple juice. Take in the banana. And the last is 1 liter of strawberries.

Olinn's muffins

Dough.

Butter: 400 g

Sugar: 4dl

Eggs: 8stk

Flour: 10dl

Baking powder: 4ts

Procedure

1. Mix butter and sugar long, until it is creamy.

2. Whisk the eggs in too the Mixmaster.

3. Term together the flour and baking powder and take little bit of the milk.

4. Mix the chocolate pieces.

5. Divide the mixture in muffin cases. Fry it in the middle of the oven with 200 grader on 15-20 minutes.

Olinn's thai beef salad

Ingredients:

1000g of sirloin thinly sliced

4tbs canola oil for frying

2 bags teriyaki sauce

4stk carrots, sliced

8stk spring onions, sliced

2stk red chilli, sliced

2stk peppers, shredded

procedure

1. Cook meat in oil on good heat in a frying pan. Take the meat in a bowl and take over teriyaki.

2. Cook vegetables lightly and mixed with the meat and the sauce.

Served with rice.
