Logoplaste, founded in 1976, just had few industries in Portugal. Nowadays, Logoplaste leads the manufacturing in Europe and succeed in many sectors such as household, oil, lubricants and so on ;also, it allocates its 60 factories in 18 countries. As Logoplaste invented the most up-to-date technologies, Logoplaste can produce packages across the wide range of market segments successfully. Moreover, the Logoplaste Innovation Lab, which created by Botton Jr in 1994, helps the company to distinguish from its competitors and works out the solutions that suits client's demand. logoplaste tend to be the choice of solving the rigid plastic packing supply problem.

The major stakeholders of Logoplaste are suppliers and its customers. Suppliers supply the production which plastic containers demand it. For instance, machinery, energy, labor and so on. Logoplaste needs instruments to optimise their production process and consults professionals to solve problems such as produce light weight applications and quality their productions. Fast consumer goods companies are the largest customers of the rigid plastic packing companies. Fast consumer goods companies saw plastic as a substitute of traditional materials because plastic is a cheaper resource. In Logoplaste, its customers have coca-cola, Heinz, Arla and so on. These companies are demanding customers. They need to reduce the cost of container in respond to their own customers' demand; also, they required that the delivery should be on time because of the penalties on delays are heavy. Moreover, they demand the perfect quality from Logoplaste. With the increasing demand from customers, the two CEO of Logoplaste, Filipe de Botton and Relvas, wondering if accelerate company growth step to guarantee the Logoplaste's continued success in the future.
