Working Out

Have you ever been a player in a sport team? Well, I was part of a sport team. It was one of the most important experiences that I ever had. It was a soccer team of my high school. I feel chills when I remember how exciting it was to get onto the field to defend my school name. I left everything in the field. I got a permanent position in the team. It was not easy. I trained every single day for about three hours to get an adequate physical condition. After four years of being part of the soccer team of my school, exercising my body becomes a necessity for me. Even though I quit being a soccer player, I really love to exercise because it is a great way to relieve my stress and is healthy for my body.

Exercise helps me to blow off some steam after a stressful day. It lets me forget about my busy life. Sometimes I feel exhausted about all the things that I have to do every day. Running by the beach for about forty minutes is one of the techniques that I use to take my stress away and forget about my responsibilities. Working out also improves my mood. It is a fact that physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals. Therefore, it makes me feel happy and relaxed. To avoid being rude or make some bad decision when something is not right or fair, I prefer to work out at the gym. It automatically changes my bad energy to positive. Running and going to the gym are really good ways to relieve my stress.

Physical activity is really important because it helps me to be healthy. It prevents a wide range of health problems such as heart attack, high cholesterol, obesity, high blood pressure, metabolism syndrome, depression etc. It also provides me with the motivation to be on diet and good alimentation. In addition, it reduces the risk of get diseases. When I do cardiovascular exercise, it helps my heart and lungs work effectively. It makes my cardiovascular system work better. Working out also increases my body energy. Even though I have a lot of things to do during the day , which make me feel really tired, I realize that if I do some exercise I will feel more energetic; so that I can finish my daily chores without problems. When I am done with work, where I spend around 9 hours standing, I try to go to the gym for about 40 minutes. That way, it will provide me with enough energy to get thru classes and think more clearly.

Many years ago when I was playing in my school's soccer team, I used to just enjoy the sport. I did not realize the benefits that I was getting, and how those benefits would help me. I am really grateful to my school for providing me the opportunity of being part of that sport, which taught me that good habit. If everyone exercises daily, it would help people enjoy a healthy and energetic lifestyle. Working out really helps me to be happy and enjoy my daily chores.
