Agent Active uses the simple structure («flat») of the organizational design with some additional assistants. As Chestnut claims that decision-making is fast in such structure. According Robbins, simple structure 'has a low degree of departmentalization, wide spans of control, authority centralized in a single person, and little formalization.' (Robbins, 2001, p.422) Work specialization is based on three positions as the lawyer, IT the expert and realtors. Generally, the company has about 20 workers where 17 out of them are realtors. Furthermore, departmentalization can be seen in a work of some realtors who are specialized on real estate objects in certain districts of the town. As Robbins states 'Another way to departmentalize is on the basis of geography or territory.'(Robbins, 2001, p.416) The realtor is the person carrying out individual business activity in the organization and the license is granted to the realtor for rendering information and advisory services in the real estate market. It was found that the realtor works separately looking for variants for the database of the company. After that, all variants should be given to IT specialist who is engaged to advertise real estate objects in the internet sites. Moreover, it can be observed that all variants of realtors adverse in the newspaper which is called «Private Sector". All realtors know each other very well and often work together in order to reach successful results. The assistant of the realtor help to the main realtor as showing apartments, looking for new variants for real buyers, and also can be engaged in an independent advertising. The lawyer usually checks documents of apartments on the legality of sold or bought objects and can be engaged in collecting documents. From an overall perspective, it can be found that realtors usually accompany all transaction from beginning to end by themselves. Final part of their job is organizing the notary for clients.

It can be seen from the art chart that the owner of Agent Active is only one manager of this company. In the article entitled "Henri Fayol's Principles of Management", Author makes the point that functions of management can be divided on the next categories as forecasting, planning, organizing, commanding, coordinating and controlling. In this case, the director usually tries to make a forecast for what market of real estate objects will be more demanded in the future. Besides, he makes plans for improvement of number of sales by his employees and organizes joint sales during the work with real clients. Furthermore, every month he collects a meeting where gives advices and instructions how is better to work for achievement of the maximum success. If it is necessary the director gives a support during the work with difficult transactions and also controls all occurring operations in his company. According to the conducted research, Mr. Mahsudov has type of 'Theory Y' because he believe that his employees are independent at decision-making, take responsibility on themselves, get satisfaction from the work and have strong incentive to work in his company. In an article entitled THEORY X AND THEORY Y, Barnett claims 'Theory Y may foster leadership styles that are more participative, which would empower subordinates to seek responsibility and be more committed to goal achievement.' (Barnett)

Authoritative management style assumes rigid control of all processes occurring in the company. The management is not too interested in the professional growth of the employee. The person in the similar organization feels oneself only small part of the organization where one does not play such large role in the company life and always can be dismissed if it will be necessary.
