Soft skills are personal attributes that enhance an individual's interactions, job performance and career prospects. Unlike hard skills, which are about a person's skill set and ability to perform a certain type of task or activity, soft skills are interpersonal and broadly applicable.

Why do students nowadays need soft - skills so much? Due to the continuing development of our society, standards of assessing students have been rising rapidly. The more knowledge students know, the higher position they are ranked. Therefore, soft - skills, which play an important role as a solution to this problem, have been concerned a lot these days.

Maybe you are confused of a variety of soft - skills. Thus, there are so many kinds, and the question is : "Which one should I study?". That really bothers you, especially if you are a student who often has to deal with money. Don't worry! We will show you which ones are necessary.

Firstly, I 'd like to talk about communication skill. Human - being usually associates communicating with daily speaking, but they seldom know that it is an art of living. There are lots of kinds of communicating, such as chatting, eye - contact, body language..., and the mission is to try to control those well. Communication can help you a lot in life, particularly, your career. Why do I say so? Perhaps, you don't know, communications is the key that take you the easiest way to succeed in your career. Because, communicating is the only way to maintain good relationships with everyone, understanding each other well, persuading effectively and even leading you from success to success. Only when you can really talk with each other are you very confident. Moreover, it can also assist you in group working and public speaking, if you have dreamt to become a perfect leader in the future. For a leader usually has to manage many members in groups, he has to talk, talk, talk..., and keep in touch well. In addition, dealing with problems between people, especially conflicts or disagreements, needs communicating a lot. Besides, He has to represent his team to speak in front of people regularly, too, but, making impressions on a mass of people is never easy. Therefore, the way he communicates will decide level of success he achieves.

Let me show you how to practice communicating.

_ Thinking carefully before speaking anything. You can even write what is in your mind on a paper and then take time to arrange ideas properly.

_ Choosing the right moment to talk. Sometimes, the moment is very sensitive. For instance, don't ask your friend to help when he/she is busy doing something.

_ Limiting obstacle factors that prevent you from making an efficient conversation.

_ Expressing what you feel, you want, you mean clearly so that others
